Michelle London, MBA, CPA, MiCP, BROKER

Broker Michelle J. London graduated from UCLA with an MBA in Accounting and Finance. After successfully passing the CPA exam, she worked as an independent auditor with Price Waterhouse, then spent time in private practice. Michelle first worked as a residential real estate agent, then segued to commercial real estate, concentrating on the senior and adult residential care market.

Melvyn D. Richardson

Melvyn D. Richardson proudly served in the United States Army as a radio operator with the 54th Signal Battalion during the Vietnam War. A decorated veteran, he received multiple honors, including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
After his military service, Melvyn pursued his passion for photography, earning advanced degrees from Los Angeles Trade Technical College and the University of Copenhagen. He went on to enjoy a distinguished career as an entertainment photographer, capturing iconic moments and legendary performances across the rock music scene.
As the industry evolved, so did Melvyn’s vision for his future. He transitioned into real estate—first as a mortgage banker, then as a residential agent—bringing with him the same artistic eye, attention to detail, and client-focused approach that had defined his photography work. Ultimately, he found his niche in commercial real estate, specializing in the senior and adult residential care industry. Today, Melvyn combines decades of experience, creativity, and a deep sense of service to help clients navigate one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives.
