Michelle London, MBA, CPA, MiCP, BROKER
Broker Michelle J. London graduated from UCLA with an MBA in Accounting and Finance. After successfully passing the CPA exam, she worked as an independent auditor with Price Waterhouse, then spent time in private practice. Michelle first worked as a residential real estate agent, then segued to commercial real estate, concentrating on the senior and adult residential care market.

Melvyn D. Richardson
Melvyn D. Richardson proudly served in the United States Army as a radio operator with the 54th Signal Battalion during the Vietnam War. A decorated veteran, he earned multiple honors, including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Following his military service, Melvyn pursued his passion for photography, completing advanced studies at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and the University of Copenhagen. He went on to build a distinguished career as an entertainment photographer, capturing iconic moments and legendary performances throughout the rock music world.
As the industry evolved, Melvyn’s vision for his future expanded. He transitioned into real estate—first as a mortgage banker, then as a residential agent—bringing with him the artistic eye, precision, and client-centered approach that defined his photography. He ultimately found his calling in commercial real estate, specializing in the senior and adult residential care sector.
Today, Melvyn blends decades of experience, creativity, and a deep commitment to service as he guides clients through one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
